Join me for The Ultimate Unwind, a morning of yoga, meditation with the crystal quartz sound bowls and connection with like-minded people. All equipment provided. Suitable for beginners.

Cancellation Policy

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE 1. If you do not show up for a class, you will be charged for it. 2. Workshop and event cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop. 3. Workshops, events and trainings are non-refundable. 4. Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others.
