Service Description
Push your boundaries, support your health and get a little bit wild with us, Saturday the 25th of November at 8am. Early start, early finish - it's definitely the case of the early bird catches the worm. Start your morning with the right ritual and you will notice a huge difference in the way you navigate your day! Experience a guided breath flow that will prepare you for a full-body ice-water immersion. You'll be educated, prepared, and coached by us, we got you! 🙌🏼 THE BENEFITS? Exposure to ice cold water reduces inflammation, up-regulates and boosts your immunity. Increases your metabolic rate and your autonomic nervous system threshold for stress. Noradrenaline is increased by 540%, and Dopamine is increased by 250-300% which is why after an ice bath you feel INCREDIBLE!! This state can last up to 5 hours afterwards! There are also studies that suggest that regular ice baths help to reduce anxiety, depression, manage PTSD triggers, and other mental and emotional disorders. CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE 1. If you do not show up for a class, you will be charged for it. 2. Workshop and event cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the reserved workshop or event. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of start time, you will be fully charged for the workshop and will not be able to use the credit for a future workshop. 3. Workshops, events and trainings are non-refundable. 4. Please cancel if you are unable to attend a class or workshop to make your space available to others.
