When was the last time you tuned in and listened to what your soul desired? Life is busy. Our souls desires are usually the first things to be put on hold. Repeating patterns like this, over time, leaves us drained, detached and disconnected.
This can become confronting and confusing, to the point where we start to hide behind the busy-ness of life to avoid “doing the work” to connect back to who we are at a soul level.
